I’m having troubles verifying my account.

If you are unable to verify your new account or have not received an email from us, please email us at support@loanmodassistant.com and we will get your account verified for you.

I’m having trouble making my payment to the Loan Mod Assistant system.

We allow two ways to pay. The first is Paypal. With Paypal, you can use a credit card or your bank account. Paypal is safe and secure, and we will never see your private information. If you wish, you may mail us a check. Please allow time for the check to clear, and then we will contact you letting you know that your account is active.

I lost my password.

Please use our password recovery system or email us at support@loanmodassistant.com

I lost my login name.

Please email us at support@loanmodassistant.com and give us the email that you registered with, your name, your address, and phone number

I can not log in.

Please email us at support@loanmodassistant.com and inform us of the problems and messages that you are experiencing. We will be more than happy to help you.

Loan Mod Assistant overview

Using Loan Mod Assistant is easy. The system is designed to help you gather the information that the lender will require to look at your loan. We go step by step in gathering this information, and at your speed. Once all sections are completed, our system will look at your situation, and recommend the next steps. Loan Mod Assistant is designed to guide you through the entire process from beginning to end. After you have registered and have an active account, Loan Mod Assistant will guide you through the process of working with your lender.

Loan Entry: The first step is to Loan Entry. Click “Click here to add a loan” and enter your information. Only enter loans that are attached to the title of the house. When you are done, click the submit button at the bottom of the screen. If you want to go back and change or delete a loan, you can do that on the Loan Entry Screen. If you have more than one loan, simply click “click here to add a loan”, and enter the information for the next loan.

Income Entry: The next step is to add in total household income for all people on the loan(s). Click “Click here to add a borrower”. Then fill out all sections.

Debt Entry: Lenders want to know what you are spending your money on. Some lenders want you to cut out extras such as cable television and dining out. Make sure that you list all bills in this section such as cell phone, utility bills, auto gas, etc.

Your Mod: This section is a summary of your situation and will guide your through contacting your lender. We will inform you of who to contact at your lender. For most lenders, we have a detailed set of instructions, set of contacts, and process for applying for a loan modification.

Mod Library: This section is a set of terms and loan modification library. This is designed to educate generic ideas and terms to you.

Forum: The forums are for you to publically discuss any questions, concerns, or report on your status. Feel free to use these forums regularly.
